A look at my artistic process, see how i created my video.

Process for the AI art part

I used Stable Diffusion Deforum, to create keyframed 2d aniamtion frames. Many tests were done, before i came to a look and feel i had in mind. After the frames were generated, i used after effects and 3d layers, to create a 3d shape with edited copies of the AI frames sequence. Then it was a matter of frame rate and slight post effect work to make it look old school cool.

Process for the Roto Animation

This video capture shows my Rotoscoping workflow for this shot. I paint a background layer for each frame, in this case in white and grey colors, then i create new layer to paint all the outlines, Frame by frame, one layer at a time, it is a laborious process, but nothing gives the artistic fluidity that this Roto technique has. I also never use plugins to Roto for me, they take away the soul of the artwork and it ends up looking lifeless and CG.

Process for the Frame by Frame Animation

Frame by frame, i drew each of the black, grey, white, highlights and lines frames. One layer and one frame at a time. Using plugins to do it for me is never an option.

Process for the Frame by Frame Animation

Straight Forward Animation is when you animate with no keyframes, You just draw one frame, and then the next and so on until you have animated the entire timeframe . Takes a long time and a lot of effort to do, but it has that artistic soul and living line and paint feel i am always looking for in a piece.
